FOUNDATION ADVICE
The one building a bungalow and the one building a high rise structure don't come out the same.
The guy building a bungalow doesn't have to dig deep through the ground. A few feet and he is okay for his foundation.
But if yours is going to be a high rise building, the higher you go the deeper you have to go first. And so while you're still digging to the ground, the one with the bungalow is already roofing. And when he has finished his building, he wonders at you still digging.
But what he doesn't see is that what you are building is going to be far taller than his bungalow, that's why you're still digging. It may take time, but you know what you're building.
