The function of your force of love is to make an invisible reality  become a love substance to your spirit through the HolySpirit of love. Your force of love makes everything about the things of the spirit realm that concern you become a love substance that you can experience. Applying your force of love on a spiritual substance is what gives you a clear understanding about the force of love and how it operates to produce it's impact in the human realm.

THE NAME 'JESUS' IS THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLYSPIRIT Think about this; Hebrews 1:4 states this about Jesus, that; '[Taking a place and rank by which] He Himself(Jesus) became as much superior to angels as the glorious Name (title) which He has INHERITED is different from and more excellent than theirs.' The above scripture tells us that the name 'Jesus', is a title Jesus inherited from the Father, and that Jesus took a place and a rank which He Himself became far superior to angels(with their names, titles, ranks and places) according to the glory of that name that He has inherited from the Father. This means, that name belongs to the Father, and the Father inherited it to Jesus, so that both the Father and the Son share the same name and the same title, isn't that interesting! You can't grow in fasting if you fast because you are trying to make God do something for you. Our reason for fasting should be to improve our spiritual level about His teaching and training ministry. It is better to exercise short fastings that will eventually carry you to long fastings, than try doing long fasting which is likely to be temporary. Short fastings can start with skipping single meals daily, not for physical adaptation but for faith growth.

Letting the Spirit of love speak through you is letting Him think and act through you. One of the interesting things about meditation is when Love(God) answers your questions on His schedule, not yours. If it is the Spirit of love learning and practising through you, His force of love will always compel you to stop between steps to refocus what He is teaching and training you. Each of His word comes to you as His faith-force of love that works through you
