THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SCRIPTURES

John 8:31-32 states that, "
[31]So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My word [hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples.
[32]And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free."

There's much difference between the scriptures and the revelations you get from the scriptures, however, both are correlated to each other. Infact one leads to another.
The primary difference between the two is that the scriptures is the formal set of God's word, whereas revelations are the truth of God's word which involve spiritual world experiences of the scriptures.

The knowledge of the scriptures can be obtained through material sources of spiritual information such as the bible books, DVD's, CD's and other digital devices but the knowledge of the truth from those scriptures is obtained by revelations which do not require any material medium.
For example, there is a time Jesus told  the Jews in John 5:39-40 that, "
[39]You search and investigate and pore over the Scriptures diligently, because you suppose and trust that you have eternal life through them. And these [very Scriptures] testify about Me!
[40]And still you are not willing [but refuse] to come to Me, so that you might have life."
No wonder 2 Timothy 3:7 states that,
"..........they are forever inquiring and getting information, but are never able to arrive at a recognition and knowledge of the Truth."
At another time in Matthew 16:15-17 "
[15]He(Jesus) said to them(disciples), But who do you [yourselves] say that I am?
[16]Simon Peter replied, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.
[17]Then Jesus answered him, Blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) are you, Simon Bar-Jonah. For flesh and blood [men] have not revealed this to you, but My Father Who is in heaven."

scriptural knowledge is acquired through visible sources of spiritual information such as in christian institutions like churches, bible schools and in formal visible events like crusades and bible seminars from various ministers of God.
The revelations from scriptural knowledge are gained from the real encounters of the spiritual world through invisible sources of information and events or activities in the spiritual world through God's Spirit such as the light of God, forces of meditation, angels and many more.
In Daniel 9:21-22, Daniel said that, "
[21]Yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the former vision, being caused to fly swiftly, came near to me and touched me about the time of the evening sacrifice. [Dan. 8:16.]
[22]He instructed me and made me understand; he talked with me and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give you skill and wisdom and understanding."

Scriptural knowledge is a prototype of gaining revelational knowledge of God's word for useful application in the spirit world, thus, revelation knowledge is the truth of the spiritual world acquired from the scriptures.
scriptural knowledge guides in imparting more grace, gifts and anointing from faith to faith. It helps an individual to learn his spiritual potentials and spiritual gifts.
Revelation knowledge helps you grow in them with a deeper understanding for the betterment of the church.

An example of God's word is 1 Corinthians 2:12-13 which states that, "
[12]Now we have not received the spirit [that belongs to] the world, but the [Holy] Spirit Who is from God, [given to us] that we might realize and comprehend and appreciate the gifts [of divine favor and blessing so freely and lavishly] bestowed on us by God.
[13]And we are setting these truths forth in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the [Holy] Spirit, combining and interpreting spiritual truths with spiritual language [to those who possess the Holy Spirit]."
Now,
The revelational truth that you get from these scriptures may be when you experience a glorious golden light shinning towards you, and you see the Holy Spirit of love standing inside the light wearing a bright glowing garment.
Then the Holy Spirit calls you by name and tell you how much He loves you as He always do, and then He draws close to you and sit with you.
Words cannot describe as your heart melts with over flowing joy of meeting the Holy Spirit as a Person. And you get to realise that there is no one as beautiful as Him.
Then the Holy Spirit goes with your spirit to different areas of the spiritual world and to different things of the spiritual world which are substances of God's word that therefore bring a supernatural effect to your life and that of others. You become welcomed by angels in different angelic territories as assigned to them by Jesus, and the Holy Spirit takes you around, introducing angels to you, who also share with you their experiential knowledge on the realm of light.
This is a truth of 1 corinthians 2:12-13. Truth is an experiential knowledge beyond flesh and blood. Truth is simply the knowledge of the spiritual world with a scriptural origin.
