THE NATURE OF OUR WALK IN LOVE(1)
THE NATURE OF OUR WALK IN LOVE
Man is a spirit, and God is a Spirit. And God has given us the same nature of love with Himself so that we should be like Him. Every christian is born again with the nature of God's love in his or her spirit. Every christian has that love nature, whether he is expressing it or not, it's already there.
The day you were born again, the nature of God's love came with the message of the gospel and it was stamped in your spirit. God provides us with revelations on love from His word through His Spirit, to help us to be trained in the things of His love, so that our love relationship with Him can be perfected. So that we can learn how to walk in love.
Romans 5:5 states that, "and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us." And, Galatians 5:22 and 23 states that, " '22' But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
'23' gentleness, self-control; against such there is no law." Since we have the fruit of love, we ought to grow it until it becomes a powerful force, and you can do big things with it, including to unlimit your spiritual senses.
There're people who feel they can't direct much of their faith attitude to the love of God because they've not seen a satisfying manifestations of God's love in their lives. The trouble is, if you don't mingle the love of God with your spirit, it will be of no effect to you. Your faith attitude to the love of God should not be driven by what is happening to you or around you. It is the love condition in your spirit that should condition your satisfaction in life. You control what happens to you or around you from the state condition of your spirit. Don't let the happenings affect the flow of God's love in your spirit.
The reason why the power of God's love cannot flow to your outside, is because you've not learnt how to let that power of love flow inside your spirit all the times. So you've got to change in the inside first, then the love of God will change you in the outside.
