THE ESSENCE OF MEDITATION IN GOD'S WORD

Romans 12:2 states that, "Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]."

The above scripture implies that we should not be conformed to the negative things of the physical world, but we should be transformed or changed or fashioned after the invisible realities and adapted to the custom of the spiritual world by the renewing of our ideals and attitudes in God's word.
To be transformed is to be transfigured. It means to change from the state of the spiritual world to it's materialisation in the physical world. And that's what causes miraculous progress in your life.

There're people who read the bible and all they can do about what they have read is appreciate it that it is good. Many people study the scriptures only by relating them with what they see and know physically, and so they read volumes and volumes of the scriptures, but all they have done is swell their brain instead of their spiritual mind and it makes them think they know something about the spiritual world and some even think of writting a book but it may not change their life in the spiritual world. This is because you can't really say you've known anything about God's word if you haven't understood it by revelation.

When it comes to meditating on the scriptures, you should learn to relate what you read in the bible with what you know about the spiritual world. The bible is the basic material of meditating about different spiritual forces that have to do with the things and spirits of the spiritual world and the events involved in it.
The hebrew translation for the word 'meditate' is hagar which means deep and careful thinking of your spirit which produces revelations. Hagar also means to talk the revelations of the word under your voice which means talking them with your lips. Nobody may be hearing you, buy say them and then shout them out!

Meditation on God's word gives you an accurate divine mentality about the spiritual world and how the love of God works as faith in the revelations of the spiritual world because that is what the scriptures are generally about. And until you have this kind of mentality, you cannot operate by the faith force of God's love.
If you start relating God's word with the visible rather than with the invisible, your confessions on God's word will not cause an effective love impact on the things you see because something physical has replaced the spiritual nature of God's word.

Joshua 1:8 states that, "This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success."

The above scripture doesn't say ".....and you may observe and do according to all that is written in it....." but it states "....that(or so that) you may observe and do according to all that is written in it....".  This means meditation and confessions in God's word will make you, compel you and cause you to observe and do according to all that is written in it. And it is not the observing and doing in the physical world, but what it actually means is that the word will make you observe and do into the spiritual world through your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations according to all that is written there in, for then, you shall make your way in the spiritual world prosperous and then you shall deal wisely in the physical world and have good success. That's how the wisdom of God's love operate.
So if you meditate on the scriptures, they will cause you to know what to do in the spiritual world by revelations and actually do them so that you can have remarkable success in the physical world.
Unfortunately, many of us are trying to exercise the word of God from the perspective of the physical world. That is not christianity, that is religion and christianity is not religion.

Since living miraculously in the physical world begins from the spiritual world, the Spirit of love wants you to use the scriptures to understand the spiritual world in your physical life.
The success or failure of your faith to work and bring effective results begins from the spiritual world. It has nothing to do with the physical world.

If you talk revelations of the word according to the faith revelations of God's love, it will improve your consciousness about the spiritual world and if you continue like that long enough, you'll get more revelations from God's word that will increase and develop the love of God in your life as faith. And you'll find yourself living by your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations.
Ecclesiastes 11:3
states that, "If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth; and if a tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie."
The word 'cloud' in the above scripture is a symbolic information of the spiritual world which actually means power. So what it actually means here is that if the power of God is fully generated by the word in your life, it empties itself, or in other words, it is released on the respective matters of your life, including at the unlimitting of your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations.
Prayerly meditation generates this kind of power.
Meditation causes God's word to reside in you.
And,
Colossians 3:16 states that, "Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts."
And so if God's word has to reside in you richly, you have to meditate on the revelation of God's word day and night as explained in Joshua 1:8.

Believing in the word positions you rightly in the spiritual world. Confessing the word causes you to experience your position in the spiritual world. And this occurs by the function of your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations. Unlimitting the function of your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations makes the process extremely effective.
