THE TEACHING AND TRAINING MINISTRY OF THE WORD AND THE TEACHING AND TRAINING MINISTRY OF THE HOLYSPIRIT.

In the book of Mark chapter 9 from the 14 verse onwards, we read how Jesus' disciples tried to cast a devil out of a young boy but to no avail. When Jesus arrived, the father of the demon posessed boy pleaded with Him for help. Straight away, Jesus rebuked the demon and the boy was healed instantly. This marvelled the disciples because Jesus didn't do anything different from what they did, or atleast so it seemed.
In other words, they learnt to be submissive to the teaching and training ministry of the word in the similar way Jesus taught them.
Then they came to Jesus privately and asked Him, " Master, why couldn't we cast the devil out?" The Master replied them plainly, "......because of the littleness of your faith," (Mathew 17:20).
The disciples certainly didn't think their problem was unbelief, otherwise, they wouldn't have asked Jesus the question in the first place. They believed, that's why they were with Jesus! However, they thought they had faith, that's why they dared to cast the devil out!
However, Jesus knew better, and He stated the missing link as the "littleness of their faith."

Many people find themselves in similar situations today. They wonder why they couldn't effect enough changes in the spiritual world to get what they want in the physical world despite of their practical learning in the teaching and training ministry of the word.
Well, like the disciples of Jesus, it's because of the littleness of their faith.
The fact that you didn't get what you want doesn't mean the teaching and training ministry of the word isn't working. Rather, it simply shows you don't understand much how the HolySpirit uses the word to increase your faith and make it work.
In other words, you need to know that there's a difference between the teaching and training ministry of the word and the teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit. Not everyone who functions in the teaching and training ministry of the word functions enough with the teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit.
These two ministries are not the same but they operate as one.

The teaching and training ministry of the word carries the knowledge of God. The teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit carries the mind of God. Many who uses the knowledge of God don't use the mind of God. Instead, they rely on most of their own mind to exercise the knowledge of God. And because of that, the growth and achievements of their faith is limited.

The cure therefore is to learn to function in the teaching and training ministry of the word according to the voice of the HolySpirit, and the word will stir your faith to receive what you desire, unlimit the function of all of your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations and you'll be able to retain it.
This is important because there're many people who practise from the teaching and training ministry of the word and find themselves dissapointed with God because some things never worked out as they have learnt from the word.

There's a big difference between doing what your mind knows from the word and doing what your spirit knows from the word.
The teaching and training ministry of the word feeds your mind with spiritual information. The teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit feeds by the information from your mind to your spirit, and it is by revelation.
What you have in your mind is likely to make you have what you get. But the revelation of what you know makes you have what you want.

Alot of people just don't listen what the HolySpirit wants them to learn from the teaching and training ministry of the word. Instead, they learn from the word what they feel or think they should learn and practise at the time, and the outcome is almost certainly unfavourable.
There's always something the HolySpirit wants to guide you to learn everyday you open your bible and if you can abide in His voice to stick to what He wants you to learn, He will use His annointing to help you understand  that word and cause effective progress in the spiritual world.

The teaching and training ministry of the word never ends with disappointment. But if the guidance of the HolySpirit in the manner you study and practise the word is limited, then it'll take a longer time to be progressive in the spiritual world and give out the desired results in the physical world. And for that reason, many give up before the result they desire shows up.

The good thing about listening to the HolySpirit about the specific things you should learn, how you should understand and practise them from the spiritual world is that, there's such a thing as the speed of the HolyGhost where you study, understand, practise and accomplish the things of God's word supernaturally. This is part of the teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit in the teaching and training ministry of the word.

The HolySpirit causes us to study and accomplish from the scriptures feats that are beyond human comprehension and in record time. This is divine speed in operation.
Functioning in the teaching and training ministry of the HolySpirit will help us function in the teaching and training ministry of the word by the speed of the HolyGhost to accomplish extraordinary results for our love relationship with Him in the spiritual world.

The Spirit of love wants to teach and train you how to let Him learn and practise through you continuously as the Force of faith, and how this increases His faith ability through you in a way that's going to be a blessing to others in a like manner.
