THE ANGELIC REALM OF GOD'S LOVE

As a child of God, you need to be aware that God has assigned angels to minister the love of God to you; and not just to you, but also for you. They're at your service❣
This is why,
Hebrews 1:14 states that, "Are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation?"

So when for example you make a decree for love to be the teaching and training annointing of blessing and of unlimitting all spiritual senses and spiritual sensations in the name of Jesus, angels enforce it and they see to it that it happens.

What do you want the power of Love to specifically do for others? Give the word and dispatch your angels.
Angels carry out their calling through the ministration of the Spirit of love.
This is why,
Psalm 103:20 states that, "Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, you His angels, you mighty ones who do His commandments, hearkening to the voice of His word."

As long as you function within the ambit of the Spirit of love, angels will be at your service and they'll be happy to work out love with and for you.
As christians, we can invite angels as the ministering spirits of love through our prayers and have them patrol different areas of the spiritual world that have to do with the way we should take advantage of the gracious and supernatural love of God.
Through angelic activities initiated by our prayers, love can operate as the strongest and most powerful spiritual force that can accomplish the best in our lives out of the scriptures.

Angels are powerful. They're more powerful than we are in might and strength, but the authority of God's love is highly bestowed on us through the Lord of love, Christ Jesus of whom the angels are subject to Him. They listen to Him and obey Him, and we are in Jesus and He lives through us.
Hence,
1 John 4:17 states that, "In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world."

LEARNING AND PRACTISING

The Spirit of love wants to teach and train you how to let Him learn and practise through you continuously as the Force of faith, and how this increases His faith ability through you in a way that's going to be a blessing to others in a like manner. One time an angel took some dirty clothes in the spiritual realm, and waved his right hand  towards them and they were all super clean!
