FASTING BY THE SPIRIT OF LOVE(1)
FASTING BY THE SPIRIT OF LOVE(1)
Galatians 5:6 states that, "For [if we are] in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith activated and energized and expressed and working through love."
Even though you have the faith to enable people fast beyond their physical limitations and unlimit all their spiritual senses and spiritual sensations, that faith will only work directly proportional to how much of God's love that has become faith to your spirit.
When we fast to enable people fast beyond their natural limitations and live by the unlimitted function of all their spiritual senses and spiritual sensations, it is so that they can have an unlimitted experience in the Spirit of love and His teaching and training ministry from the spiritual world above all other things that proceed from it. Matthew 6:33 states that, "But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides."
In other words, if you should have the faith to do great things in life, you need to have a great love relationship with God.
And when we fast to enable people to fast long enough beyond natural possibilities and unlimit all their spiritual senses and spiritual sensations, we should do that by fasting on how through the Spirit of love, we can use the love of God by revelation to make that happen to them.
Your fasting should begin from your heart. When God wants to use your fasting to unlimit people's spiritual senses and spiritual sensations, He looks at the love attitude through which you're fasting with.
Fasting for others should not be based on outward righteousness. Outward righteousness is what all other people could see. Fasting for others must exceed the outward righteousness. Your heart must have the inward/true righteousness(Mathew 5:20 & 23:28).
And so when you fast for the Spirit of love to teach you and use you to enable people fast beyond their human limitations and unlimit all their spiritual senses and spiritual sensations, fast truly from your heart.
Let your practise of fasting for others express love and sincerity.
The choice of fasting for others, and not the compulsions, reveals your love for others. Fasting for the unlimittted function of people's spiritual senses and spiritual sensations when you are off guard, actually reveals your love character more than when you fast for them because you're compelled by someone or a group of people to fast.
Therefore, it doesn't matter how much you'll be fasting for others, it is your heart to fast for them that matters. Your willingness to fast for them should not be regulated by your pastors or church members. Don't wait to be told to fast for them. Just fast for them!
I mean; how do you feel when people's spiritual senses and spiritual sensations are limited?
How do you respond, when they cannot fast long enough to unlimit all their spiritual senses and spiritual sensations?
What goes through your mind about their situation?
Alot of times, what people call 'fasting for others' might be selfishness in manifestation.
In their minds or outwardly, they are fasting for others, but in their hearts or in their faith, it's all about themselves.
