CONFESSIONS FOR FASTING(1)

  Joel 1:14 states that, " declare a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land in the house of the Lord, your God, and cry to the Lord [in penitent pleadings]."

If you turn your mind away from fasting, your feelings and emotions to fast will die. It is your mind that helps you channel all the forces of your spirit in the direction of your fasting consciousness.
Some people are fasting, and instead of focusing their fasting on what God has to say in their fasting and about the extent of their fasting ability, they're thinking about everything else, and that kind of fasting is useless, because your spirit was not co-ordinated towards that goal and purpose.

If your mind is not disciplined enough to make you fast at a sufficient length of time, there's another tool that has power over your mind. It is your tongue.
If your mind fails to align with the extent to which you want to fast, you start talking to the extent to which you want to fast. And your mind will be focused to the length of time you want to spend in fasting. And once your mind goes in that direction, your feelings and emotions to fast will be a motivation to your fasted life, because your spirit will be affected, then your spirit will now be in the condition to fast, no matter how far you want your natural body to fast, because the HolySpirit will be ministering to your physical body to sustain during fasting period.

Although you want to stretch the length of your fasting to the point of consciously functioning by the unlimitted function of all your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations but if your feelings and emotions are not towards what God has to say on how to successfuly exercise such kind of fasting, you won't succeed to extend the length of your fasting ability to the point of unlimitting the function of your spiritual senses and spiritual sensations.
Sometimes, we might even think that we heard from God, but as long as our feelings and emotions are not towards what God has to personally say to us, it will make no difference in our fasting, and our fasting will have no power to make us consciously operate by the unlimitted function of all of our spiritual senses and spiritual sensations with the spiritual things and spiritual realities of the spiritual world.
But when God speaks to you and your emotions are chanelled to Him, then you'll receive it in the calling of your divine nature and fasting will produce results for you.
