UNDERSTANDING THE UNLIMITED FUNCTION OF YOUR SPIRITUAL SENSES AND SPIRITUAL SENSATIONS(1) The HolySpirit is not a formless imperson entity. The HolySpirit is a Person that looks like the image and likeness of your spiritual body. Genesis 1:26 tells us that God created us in His own image and likeness, and as a Person, He has His senses and sensations through which He can smell, He can see, He can taste, He can hear and He can feel supernaturally. Since your spirit was created in His image and likeness, your spiritual body also contains it's spiritual senses and spiritual sensations which function like those of God's. However, in the God head, it is the HolySpirit that actually created you for the Father because, Job 33:4 states that, "[It is] the Spirit of God that made me [which has stirred me up], and the breath of the Almighty that gives me life [which inspires me]."
